1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CSWT platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CyberSecurity Web Tools.

2. Description of Services

CSWT provides cybersecurity monitoring services including:

  • Data leak and credential exposure detection
  • Attack surface mapping and monitoring
  • Typosquatting and domain impersonation detection
  • Dark web monitoring and threat intelligence
  • Security alerts and incident notifications

Services are provided on a subscription basis. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One account per organization unless explicitly authorized otherwise

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use our services to monitor assets you do not own or have authorization to monitor
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
  • Resell or redistribute our services without explicit written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

5. Subscription and Billing

  • The 14-day free trial provides full access to all features with no credit card required
  • After the trial, a subscription is required to continue using the service
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of billing if requested in writing
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice

6. Intellectual Property

CSWT and its content, features, and functionality are owned by CyberSecurity Web Tools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. CSWT does not guarantee that all threats will be detected or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction. We will always try to resolve disputes amicably first.
